At SWISS PLUS, most of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is carefully produced according to your specifications to ensure the highest level of quality.
Production Time
The standard production time for most custom jewelry is approximately 2 weeks.
Production may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design or during busy periods. If additional time is required, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed and passed our quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- Europe: 2–3 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
- USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 business days
Please note that these delivery estimates apply after production has been completed.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Delays
While we work with reliable international courier services, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
